As True North's owners, we bring over 52 years of combined surveying expertise and experience to each job. Licensed to practice in the State of Washington, we have developed local knowledge and many contacts in the Puget Sound area. We have experience on multiple city, county, and public agency projects and are familiar with their expectations, policies and procedures.

We also provide residential property surveys, short plats, and construction staking. (Refer to Services page). We provide construction staking when you need it. We prefer advance notice but when that is not possible, call us to get the job done and the project moving! On staking assignments, we always verify the contractor's preference to deliver exactly the type of product you are familiar with and meets your needs.

Eileen and Tim have been involved with design surveys throughout the Puget Sound and Western Washington region for the past three decades. Here at True North, we offer a wide range of services for engineers including topographic surveys with contour intervals from one quarter of a foot on up.
