I contacted them as they were used to lay the flooring for the subdivision I currently live. I was told I needed to email with the name of my house and address. I did several times and didn't get any responses. I called and finally was told that they would be responding to my many emails. When I finally received a response they didn't answer any of my questions. This has gone on since November. When I called again requesting a little more detailed info. I got an attitude saying that's all the information I have. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

These guys are true classic professionals and will shoot you straight. I was referred to them by a friend and they treated me like family from the moment we made contact. I truly appreciate both the level of professionalism and the honesty on selecting products for my home. Thanks again, Devin Kleinfelder
