P&C works from your approved plans or with Facility Management from concept to completion, to help design the project to be the most cost effective and efficent. P&C works with facility management, building what has been approved or helping to design the structures, locating fence and security, working with the local Building Officials, DEC, DEP and Local Environmental groups if necessary.
