Since when do you have to pay someone to come out and tell you how many of thousand dollars you will need to replace a roof? What happened to earning the customers business. Think twice before you use this company. They are will to give you a bid using satellite alone. Which I sure once you agree to a price, it will change once they have torn your roof apart and have you in a loose loose position. Buyer be aware

Phoenix did a great job picking up the sagging eves on our house with outriggers cut into the interior rafters and reconnecting outer barge rafter. These guys know what they are doing and do a great job. Nice folks too!
