I visited this store on two occasions. I was inquiring about purchasing hardwood flooring. The one sales manager seemed busy selling floor installation supplies, to offer attentive customer service for taking orders for hard wood floors. Claimed she would look into my requests and call me back. Never did. I called her and was just put off again. Went back to the store and more BS. Please don't waste people's time. Or, at least tell them something. Very very disappointed. Wow!

Open on Sunday. I go there with my handyman when I have a vacant apartment. Lots of choices. Good prices but do your homework.

My husband and I came here after a friend recommended S & S Hardwood Floors. There's a great selection of flooring and we were very impressed with their professionalism. The staff took time explaining different kind of woods to us, which we really appreciated as new home owners. We are very happy with our purchase!
