Mini Split air conditioners use an evaporator, or cold indoor coil, that cools your house. A hot outdoor coil, called a condenser, releases heat outside the home. The copper tubing for evaporator and condenser coils are s-shaped tubing accompanied by aluminum fins. Ductless Mini Split ACs are useful when working in an older home or to retrofit additions made to your home.

7th Generation AC is the model of how a small business should be run. The entire team is top notch. From Sandy at the front office who always goes above and beyond to answer your questions, gets you scheduled ASAP and treats you like a valued customer; to Jon the owner who shoots straight and takes pride in doing quality work well done. Their prices are competitive and they won't try to get you to buy stuff you don't need (in my case even though I would have spent more money on a higher SEER unit, they advised me that the lower SEER one had better reliability). Give these guys a shot. They will blow you away.

Every call starts with Sandy, the office manager. To bad most companies don't have a Sandy. She is the one that makes 7th Generation run like a million dollars. What ever your needs, Sandy is the one that makes it happen! She treats you like family, no surprise there, as it is a family owned company. Not to mention their excellent technicians, always prompt, polite and always eager to answer any questions. This team can't be beat! Jon and crew have always made sure customer experience is the best which is why I have always referred 7th Generation to all my clients and use them myself. I trust them to always take care and do what is best for me, not just make money. My A/C was dying and Sandy was an absolute star assisting me with choosing the right unit, not just the most expensive and making sure I was scheduled quickly even in this crazy booked time.
The team she sent was on-time and very polite. They took the old unit out of the ceiling and installed the new one in a day. My house is now an ice box! Sandy even checked in a couple days later. Highly recommend for maintenance, repairs and new units!

Recently bought a new AC System for our home from 7th Generation! We are extremely happy with the new unit and the company as a whole. Jon and his staff were professional and knowledgeable. I've had several units replaced at my rentals, the work has been excellent, the price's are fair and it has always been done in a timely manner. We've only had a six month relationship with 7th Generation but have to say they've done an outstanding job either troubleshooting with us over the phone or sending out a technician promptly. We have a one year service contract that has already paid for itself. Having a good, dependable AC company in Florida is helpful indeed. I highly recommend 7th Generation.

Six months ago 7th Generation replaced an aging central unit. Their price was competitive, the installation was on schedule --and unobtrusive and neatly finished-- and the ensuing adjustments quickly performed. The crew, from office manager Sandy to Jon and his installers-- was courteous, efficient and neat. A truly professional outfit. Well done!
