Our landscape maintenance ensures year-round property beauty through regular lawn mowing, shrub trimming, mulching, and seasonal cleanups. We prioritize sustainable practices using eco-friendly products. Clients receive customized maintenance schedules tailored to property size and specific needs.

We install durable synthetic grass solutions for residential and commercial properties. Options include pet-friendly turf, playground surfaces, and putting greens. Maintenance requires minimal watering, offering long-term cost savings and environmental benefits while maintaining aesthetic appeal.

Our fertilization services include soil analysis, targeted nutrient application, and pest control treatments. We use organic and chemical options to address specific lawn deficiencies. Programs prevent grubs, improve soil health, and promote vibrant green growth throughout the growing season.

We provide reliable dumpster rentals for residential cleanups and construction projects. Sizes range from 10 to 15 cubic yards with week-long rentals. Our service ensures proper waste disposal while simplifying project cleanup through timely delivery and pickup.

Our design process begins with personalized consultation to understand client preferences. We create digital visualizations showing plant placement and hardscape elements. Custom plans balance aesthetics, functionality, and maintenance requirements while incorporating sustainable landscape practices for long-term success.

Appreciate getting autotexted with times to get loaded with salt/MagicSalt. It is very beneficial to know what time I can get loaded especially seeing as I have contracts that need to be done from 1:30am-? Thanks Brennan and crew!

Fast, professional service. I asked for a dumpster last minute and received it early. The dumpster are extremely clean. I would definitely request their services and highly recommend them to anyone. I have rented a dumpster twice this year from them.

My wife and I have Brennan landscaping taking care of our property and I want let it be known that we love the way our property looks after the past week or so with the high winds and heavy rain we had a mess left behind from fallen limbs from our pine we didn't want to make a big fuss over it so we were going to wait a few days before calling however-Tim and his workers came without any needed call I couldn't believe it when I came home from work and our yard looked like nothing was ever wrong.

The work that BRENNAN LANDSCAPING put in to our property was amazing. In the 13-1/2 years we have used them They have all ways been on time, they pay great attention to detail and after reading one of the reviews prior to this one I'm a firm believer that you get what you pay for we think Tim's prices are beyond fair for the quality of work that they do and the mere fact that we never have to call them is the whole reason behind having a property management company like Brennan landscaping taking care of everything for us Spring summer winter and fall BRENNAN LANDSCAPING covers it all at our house Great job to Tim Brennan and his crew Thank you

Called for complete landscape services, was informed by the owner that he doesnt do landscaping, just lawn care. Although his website does mention landscaping. And to respond to his latest reply, he never mentioned that seeding wasn't performed in spring.
