Change House Design

We are Change House Design, a firm established in Denver and proudly operating in Lincoln since 2014 under the leadership of Owner and President Matt Larson. Our President earned a Business Degree from the University of Nebraska in 2004, providing a solid strategic foundation for our operations. We have deliberately structured our team to combine construction expertise with robust business acumen, ensuring your project is managed with financial responsibility and operational precision. Our team member Seth Vontz joined us in 2020, bringing 14 years of leadership and customer service experience from the insurance industry to enhance our client-focused processes. We also draw on his deep-rooted construction familiarity, which began in childhood while working for an electrical and plumbing company. Brooke Larson, holding a communication degree and extensive marketing and sales experience, has been vital since our inception and joined full-time in 2017 to master day-to-day operations.

We firmly believe in fostering genuine relationships with homeowners, working collaboratively through the construction process as a unified team. Our leadership maintains a boots-on-the-ground philosophy, prioritizing clear communication across all trades, vendors, and clients to eliminate uncertainty. We take great pride in turning quality, enjoyable spaces into reality, guiding you meticulously from inception to completion. Our professional standards are upheld by a team that values task management and client relationships above all else, ensuring administrative precision. We are dedicated to making the complex process of construction transparent and rewarding, treating your home as if it were our own.
