Had an awesome lock change with Mike today. He was able to recommend us some security upgrades that we were looking for. He was able to run and grab all the materials and come back and finish up same day!

Our son was locked in his room, Alex came out and went the extra mile to assist us. The lock was so badly damaged that Alex had to climb through the window and remove the door. He was professional and kind and very courteous. We will use this service again.

Our gate was broken for over 8 years - wouldn't close, dragged on the ground - and it now WORKS! And looks great. We finally have a safe home with decent curb appeal! On top of the quality - super friendly, really patient with the delivery/dog walker interruptions, and thorough. Worth every dollar and can't believe we didn't do it sooner.
