The technicians I have met have been wonderful. They are kind, intelligent and informative. The prices are competitive and they don't try to sell you on services not needed. They really let you know what is going on and how to get rid of the issue. If you're looking for a pest control company, these are your guys. We have used Mug-A-Bug since moving into our house and have always been happy with the service provided. However, on the last couple of visits, I have been unhappy with service. We had an initial visit and the tech said that there was mice in the second structure. I asked to have another tech come to look and he said there are no mice in the second structure. I went ahead with the service, but I realized it is just a way to charge more for a service that wasn't actually needed.
I understand that times are difficult, but it feels not very nice to be charged for something not needed. The other issue is with billing. The representative that I talked with was very rude. And it just leaves a person with a overall negative feeling about the company. I did appreciate the second tech that came in. He was honest with his assessment. Though due to the overall service from the company - I do not recommend using them as they are just looking for additional charges for services not needed.
