Brian from StS came out today to fix the exterior faucet on our home which had been broken since moving in. This was the second time he had been out to the house, first to fix our leaking upstairs bathtub that I had poorly attempted to fix myself. Both experiences were fantastic, could not recommend highly enough. Brian has always been on time, very professional - courteous + knowledgeable, and affordable. He was courteous and professional the whole time. There was NO CHARGE for the service call and he referred us to another company. They were very helpful when we discovered my lifetime delta faucet was discontinued (basically obsolete) and advised I obtain warranty parts from the faucet company.
