Very fair charges on all services and stands behind their work. Moes technicians are down to earth and respectful guys. Although Philly based company, I have gotten tremendous support from them also in NJ and DE. They also replaced HVAC units at four of my fast food restaurants in PA. The best go to company for all your HVAC needs. Im confident that you will experience nothing but the best.

We had a phenomenal experience with HVAC Philly! Our home is a century old, which posed a lot of challenges, but they handled it with impressive skill and care. They designed a custom system combining central air and ductless mini split. You could tell right away how experienced and knowledgeable they were, every detail was handled with care and professionalism.
Moe and his team showed up on time, worked efficiently, and took great care of our space throughout the installation. It was clear they respected both the property and our time. I purchased my home as a rehab 2 years ago and fell upon several different issues because of the shoddy work that was done to make a sale this summer. Moe and his crew always took my calls or returned them immediately and worked relentlessly to make sure my home was cooled for the summer. They educated me on all the different facets of an HVAC system and on what good, solid work was supposed to look like. My experience with HVAC Philly was Fantastic! 4 years ago I received complete HVAC installation bids from 6 other contractors, needless to say I chose the best 1. I called Moe 3 years later for a maintenance issue and he answered the phone on a Saturday and took the time to understand the problem which he walked me through over the phone. He assured me that if I wasn't successful, he'd send someone out. Thanks again MOE!

Highly recommended. Very professional technicians diagnosed and solved problem with furnace quickly without the upsell (igniter and circuit board generating a short). I had a heater blow out 2 days before a major snow storm; they came in same day, estimated out the fit out (and it was $500 cheapter than their competitors Gen3 and Patriot who I also called the week prior) and they installed it perfectly within 2 days. To top it off, they also realized I could do central air so installed a air conditioner as well and bundled the price. Obviously I don't need AC in the winter, but now I have it and definitely appreciate their work on this!
They also tried fixing my existing heater first, and didn't give me an B.S. - they legitimately tried and got it working but since it was 40 years old I decided to just go with the new one anyway.
Overall, highly recommend.

We worked with Moe servicing our central air. We had been experiencing a burning smell upon turning on our unit, so was without ac for a few, very hot days. Prior to Moe coming to our home, we had another company come out to diagnose the issue and quoted us a costly fix! We figured we shop around before agreeing to their services. Moe was extremely attentive from our first call.

Moe was incredibly helpful during our first call, coming out extremely quickly to provide a quote. When we were ready to install, he honored the quote (even several weeks later) and had a team to our house within 3 days. We scheduled installation, Tom, Berti and Adel were on time, efficient and friendly with installation, , and went the extra mile to make sure everything was clean and make sure that the products were registered so we got the full 10 year warranty. A great experience, I'll definitely call again for any service!

Called them twice, both times when our AC went down, on scorching days. Responded immediately, the last time on Memorial Day! They were here within two hours, and had our system up and running. And they didn't hand me a ridiculous bill. Fixed the problem, and followed up, to be sure everything was ok. Can't say enough good things about this company and our experience with them. I would give them six stars, if I could. Won't call anyone else. They have our business, for sure.

The team from company HVAC Philly showed up ahead of schedule, they were very professional and fixed my furnace within the time-frame when the weather was 14 degrees and I had a 9 month old in the house. They quote me an extremely reasonable price and the work was done within two days of getting the estimate. Highly recommend that you use this company.

Where do i begin! These guys went above and beyond to get my home heating system up and running. They installed a brand new system and removed my old one in a matter of three hours! Rob Devitt and Robert Doku and Moe came and made me feel super comfortable having them in my home. They were respectful, professional, knowledgeable, and hilarious! They made me laugh so much!
I was most surprised by the cleanliness and neat job that they did! After the job was done they showed me how everything works and what to do in case of emergencies. They came out in a timely fashion after my old system busted so i was not without heat for a long time. I was also able to keep my dog out while they got the job done and I received NO complaints!
They were actually very fond of my boy! 10/10 would highly recommend this company to anyone. Friendly and excellent service! These are my new HVAC guys! Wouldnt call anyone else!

HVAC Philly did a fabulous job repairing our HVAC - from start to finish they were extremely professional, helped in an emergency situation and properly explained to me what was wrong and how it needed to be fixed. I had a great experience with HVAC Philly! They just installed a split ductless system for my house. I especially appreciated how communicative they were - they kept me informed of the progress of their work and answered all of my questions about the system and the installation process. I was also thrilled with their attention to detail with the aesthetics of the system.
Everything was finished in really nice detail and they checked in with me at several points before and during the process to make sure everything was installed in the places that I preferred, as well as in a clean way that was to my liking. I hire HVAC Philly for investment properties as well as my personal home. They offer sound recommendations and conduct business in an ethical and Eddie net fashion. Companies like this are far and few between. Recently, they installed a system in a project I was managing and when PGW added a new requirement, I was worried this would naturally result in a delay, but no...they ordered the part and completed the installation in the evening! I highly recommend them for service and installation.

Awesome service. Made a call at 7:30 AM, they were on location by 11:00 and had completed repairs by noon. UPDATE: Had Adel, Dan and the team do a total AC replacement: compressor, line set, a-coil. Again, great service, amazingly thorough, excellent work. Would recommend to everyone (and have). Polite and knowledgeable technicians. Will definitely be using them in the future.

It's scary to pick a repair company out of the blue, so I want to leave this review to let you know that you are in good hands with HVAC Philly. We had a central air unit that wasn't cooling the home - I called and made an appointment for the next day. Rob was on time, quick to diagnose and fix, and explained everything really well. I called a friend of mine who does HVAC to get a ballpark price and he couldn't believe how reasonable the HVAC Philly price was. Extremely satisfied, don't hesitate to use them.

First off, I had 3 quotes done for a new heat pump. The first came in at 15k, the second at 12k, and HVAC Philly made it happen for $8500. Tom explained everything very clearly and made things quite simple as a homeowner. The work was done in a timely manner and the unit is working great. I highly recommend these guys.
