Critical: Value The service tech was great. The price of their parts outragely high. The disconnect and pigtail Sold for about $100 at home depot. Airiffic charge was $380. I'll never call them for service again. Service: A/C system repair

We had Airrific install our new Heating and Cooling unit. And we purchased a Maintenance contract as well. Unfortunately, when we needed a new thermostat things went south. The technician was awesome. But when we questioned a 100%+ markup on the new thermostat, the owner literally got on the phone with my husband and screamed at him. Then hung up on him. Not such a good way to conduct your business.
