Wellspring Landscape

Professional weekly and bi-weekly lawn mowing services maintain optimal grass height while preserving turf health. Our technicians use commercial-grade equipment to deliver clean, precise cuts with careful edge trimming. We adjust mowing patterns seasonally to prevent soil compaction and ensure even growth, giving properties a consistently manicured appearance.

Our core and liquid aeration treatments improve soil oxygen exchange, water infiltration, and root development. This two-step process reduces compaction in high-traffic areas while enhancing nutrient absorption. Regular aeration prevents thatch buildup and creates healthier, more resilient turf that withstands Texas heat and drought conditions.

We apply premium organic mulch to flowerbeds and landscape beds using two-inch depth standards for effective weed suppression and moisture retention. Our installation includes proper grading away from structures to prevent water damage while enhancing aesthetic appeal with color-matched material selection.

Seasonal shrub maintenance includes selective pruning to promote healthy growth patterns and maintain architectural integrity. Our technicians shape hedges for uniformity while removing dead wood and diseased branches. We follow growth cycles to ensure optimal flowering and minimize plant stress during trimming operations.

Comprehensive spring and fall cleanups prepare landscapes for seasonal transitions. Services include leaf removal, debris clearing, edging restoration, and dead plant material disposal. We also assess irrigation systems, aerate lawns, and apply pre-emergent treatments to ensure properties remain vibrant across Texas' distinct seasonal cycles.

Wellspring has done a fantastic job. The team is very dependable, and if something goes awry and they need to reschedule, I hear about it well in advance. What used to take me easily 2 hours by myself is done in less than 30 minutes, and is a far nicer and neater job than I could ever do myself. I only wish I could have worked with this team sooner. Thank you for great service and great communication!

EDIT: They reached out after this review and asked to fix the issue. Within a couple of days (it was the weekend) I had a new quote and they came out and performed the services within a few days of that. The cleanup/landscaping work they did was all good - no complaints there. The tree-trimming they did was ok, except I'm not sure they have much experience with fruit trees as they did not trim any of the new growth or tall branches on the peach trees, just pruned it for canopy. ORIGINAL REVIEW I've been using Wellspring for about a year now.

Their regular, basic lawn service is reliable and affordable, and the quality is fine. However, I would not recommend any additional services. I requested landscape cleanup and tree trimming services from them. It took them weeks to even send someone out to be able to provide an estimate. Then after they finally came out, they kept saying the would provide an estimate "tomorrow" but never did. I finally told them to forget about it, and Daisy sent back a kind of snotty reply. It seems clear that they are simply another Austin lawn and landscape company that has more business than they can handle and aren't interested in growing any more.

We have used Wellspring for four years and they are great. Augustine and his crew come faithfully as expected and know exactly what we need done. I highly recommend Wellspring Service: Lawn mowing & maintenance

Kirk is a genuinely good guy. He runs his company on solid ethical principals, he insists on having his crews provide excellent service, are responsive, even if we have sudden changes on something needing to be done in the yard. Highly recommend Wellspring
