Thigpen Heating & Cooling, Inc. was started in 1962 by Joe Thigpen, Sr. Joe delivered oil, the most common means of heating in those days and worked on a few window A/C units. Later in the 60's, when central A/C became more common, Joe was in the forefront of the business. Joe's principles of excellence and fairness exist today.

Joe passed these values on to his son, Joe, Jr. who grew up in the business and now serves as its President. The Company has come a long way since the early days of delivering oil. We are now a full service company, offering HVAC design, fabrication and installation for existing homes and businesses and new construction.
