The integrity of this company is amazing. I told Brian that I didn't think it would be able to be repaired, and he could have easily charged me thousands to replace the door. Instead, he rolled up his sleeves and made it look like the accident never happened. Five stars isn't enough so I'm giving them 6

My garage door would not shut because one of the cables came off. I put the cable back on but it came off again immediately when I tried to shut the door. I called Overhead Door Company of Kansas City and they came to my house the same day. Marshall was awesome in fixing my garage door. The issue with my door seemed extremely serious but he performed minor maintenance on the door and now it opens and closes like new.

He asked if I had any other questions or other issues. There were some things about the door opener that I didn't understand that he explained to me. He also provided helpful tips that I didn't even know to ask. He was extremely friendly and courteous. The cost was extremely reasonable. Overhead Door Company of Kansas City now has me as a permanent customer. I rarely provide reviews but I was so satisfied with their service, I just had to write this review.

I ordered new doors during the peak of the pandemic, and this caused the delivery time to really stretch out, but they worked to get the new doors out of the factory. Overhead Door of Kansas City sent their crew to install them. They were awesome guys. They were true craftsmen and the attention to detail was far past normal expectations. Don't waste your time looking at other garage door companies, use Overhead Door - period!

Amazing company. I can't praise them enough. One of our garage door springs broke in my way to work Sunday night. Called them that evening around 7:30 pm and they had a technician out at 7:30 the very next morning. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Fixed the issue within 45 minutes. Amazing service and price. Will be a customer for life. Keep up.the good work.

Doors took forever but this was nothing overhead door could do about it. They installed my garage door openers using my old doors until the new ones arrived. The service tech was very friendly and knowledgeable, outstanding job. The service tech that installed our doors couple months later arrived on time and did a great job also. Great experience

How service companies should operate. Ordered a new door from Overhead Door and although there were supply chain issues causing delays, they were always up-front in their communication and honest in their timeline. They contacted me to provide updates instead of me having to worry about following up. On my request, they came out again after installation to correct an aesthetic issue without hassle and free of charge. Everyone I interacted with- from sales to installer to repair tech- was courteous and helpful. Highly recommended.

I called on a Saturday night. My garage door was stuck open I had sealed the door with tarps for the night because I didn't want to pay emergency rates, and scheduled an appointment for Tuesday. The next day, Sunday, I got a call from overhead door. They had an opening and asked if they could send someone over to fix our door. The service was impeccable, and the technician was a professional. The price was more than responsible.
