We had come in and met with Greg. Wanted to buy a refrigerator and exhaust hood for over stove. Greg didn't return phone calls at times he scheduled. Was going to set up an appointment with the hood installer and it took 9 days for him to call me back. I had left a voicemail during that 9 days, and didn't hear back from Greg. We took our business to Orville's who were very helpful and accommodating I only gave 1 star because I had to so I could leave a review

Good products but horrible customer experience. Communication was poor throughout the process.delays happen but constant changes to delivery dates, etc were just never communicated. Was quoted for home delivery and rude delivery people left fridge on the sidewalk for the contractor. Salespeople are commission only and understandably not interested in the post sale experience. At least they recommended a good installer.

This place is gigantic, and their two floors are chock full of the latest in kitchen equipment. I adore all the different setups they hae, and I spent my time there opening every single door and drawer. Each oven and fridge was nicer than the next. I could daydream about a kitchen like that for hours. It was rough to go back home to my old kitchen! The items are all top of the line and completely out of my price range- I don't know if I could ever afford a single appliance from this store, but it is a nice place to check out the latest and greatest, and just dream.
