James was nice and spent a lot of time analyzing the problem with the brand new dryer, but it' doesn't work Whirlpool, Home Depot, nor D3 will tell me when or if will ever be fixed. This has been a very frustrating month of not having a dryer. Service: Washer/dryer repair

I called and spoke to the representative over the phone. I told them I need the washer lid assembly and gave the part number and the model number of the washer. The representative said the repair person would be out in 2 weeks to install the new lid assembly. When that time came the repair came they did not have the part or any information over the call I had with their representative. On top of that they charge me over $125 for the service for nothing!
