I'm trying to get our main central air unit inspected and coils cleaned. We have a restaurant in South Florida and it's hot. We have piles of customers that are looking for air conditioning. It's been 3 weeks now. We've been using this company for a long time. I guess it's the time of year. Our air conditioner keeps going down. They've been out of here quite a bit over the last 3 weeks. I'm sure we'll get it right next week.

David and Albert worked on modifying and rerouting my HVAC ducts on 6/9/22. They were on time, professional, polite and I felt very pleasant to work with. Also Billy and Lisa were super helpful for quotes, scheduling and processing subcontractor form for me. Everything was on time and as they promised. I would highly recommend Wentzel's for similar project.

They are always very quick to respond and communicate very well. They are the most professionally run business I know. Two times we have called them with an emergency at rental property and they were there within hours to repair. They are very honest and fair in their pricing. I highly recommend them. Latest Update: Kathi made it right! Her team showed up early on the scheduled appointment day & time I made back on May 6th and completed the job! Guys were friendly, polite, and worked diligently to complete the job quickly! Now I can happily recommend! Thank you Kathi! Update: I received call from Kathi and she is working hard to make sure my scheduled appointment takes place this week as planned.

I scheduled an appointment to have the insulation replaced in our small attic over a month ago explaining I was only in town for the week and wanted it replaced the same week as the estimate and Kathy assured me it could be done. I called the week of to confirm again the appointment time, and was told they could not do the job. I flew down to have this appointment. What a disappointment in service! Don't schedule with this company. They won't follow thru!

The technician was polite, professional and quick. He performed routine maintenance. He found a problem with a capacitor in the equipment, explained what service he would advise, its cost and how long the repair would take. He was very thorough in his fillip delivering several photos of the area that was serviced and the related equipment. He documented with pictures the model numbers of the affected equipment, presenting a good total picture.

Trevor was the most professional and friendly technician I have had service our HVAC system. He found the problem quickly, fixed it, took care of maintenance program we just signed up for and answered all questions I had. Also reprogrammed our thermostat to manual as requested. We have used Wenzel for AC installation and maintenance for a number of years and have been very pleased with their service. Last week they did a maintenance call, and the repair person was very professional. He didn't have a light for the UV device on his truck, and they called back today to install the light because he had a cancellation. Again, he was very thorough and professional.
