I founded my business in 1988 because, as a Master Electrician and small business owner, I can place more emphasis on personal service. My 30+ years of experience gives customers the skills and technical expertise they need at an affordable price. I have owned a home in White Bear Lake, Minnesota for the past 27 years.

If you live in St. Paul or the surrounding area, you may have seen my truck in your neighborhood! My father was a Master Electrician, and as a teenager, I recognized that I wanted to follow in my father's footsteps. He enjoyed being an electrician and was a good teacher. My subsequent career with large electrical contractors offered me experience in all areas of electrical work, new construction, remodeling, service upgrades and repairs.

As part of this remodel, many homeowners find that the electrical circuits no longer meet their needs and an electrical upgrade is necessary. Larger and more efficient major appliances have become available and many more small appliances are now commonly used by households.

Circuit Breakers

When you have more electrical devices connected to a circuit that was not intended to take that amount of electrical current, the circuit breaker is designed to trip. For example, when a circuit that is designed for 15 Amps of current is being used for devices that require a total of 20 Amps, the circuit breaker will trip to prevent overheating and a possible fire.
