Dale and Nicole Carter first started developing Evergreen Carpet Care in Truckee, California in 1997. It has now been family owned for over 20 years. Dale began his journey in the carpet cleaning industry in 1984. The original days of the company started with just one portable cleaning unit and the "marketing campaign" of giving away 1 FREE room of carpet cleaning to every new customer.

People quickly began to experience the excitement of receiving a high quality carpet cleaning in their homes at a very affordable price. Dale hired his first employee to help manage the demand that rapidly grew, and Evergreen Carpet Care was born!

Our special 3 step process starts with a solution to break up dirt deposits and contaminants. Your floors are then scrubbed with an abrasive pad designed specifically for your floors needs. After that your floors is rinsed and cleaned with our Bona Power Scrubber. Once your floors are completely clean, a new coat of finish will be applied.

Pet Odor & Stain Removal

In some cases normal carpet cleaning or light deodorizing may be all that is needed. For light to moderate pet odors after your carpets have been cleaned we can apply a topical application of an enzyme to eliminate most pet odors. However, in more severe cases, the pet urine soaks through the carpet, into the pad, even into the sub-floor.
