Excellent service and installation. Our salesperson, Wes, was great and helped with the selection and offered some great suggestions for our basement carpet. Thanks Wes!

We're really disappointed with Levi's. We were recommended to check them out by our contractor, and found them to be super helpful on the buying side, but pick-up was a nightmare. We've been hearing from multiple folks that the newer generation of ownership has no real sense of customer touch or how to deal with the multiple stakeholders involved in home renovations. Poor culture has crept in and making it a poor experience for a lot of folks.

Great salespeople. Owner not only matched, but bettered the price on vinyl flooring. Pick up was a breeze. Highly recommended!
