Company president, Laura Virgadamo, and master Houston electrician, Dennis Virgadamo, began the Harmony Electric company in 1985. In 1986, it was decided that the company should be moved to a more prime location; the Houston Heights. Houston Heights is known today as one of Houston's most historic districts.

After their first successful year in business at their new location, Laura and Dennis decided to incorporate the company transforming it into the Harmony Electric Co., Inc. The Harmony Electric Company, Inc. is committed to "harmony" and what it represents as it involves much more than just connecting a few wires.
