Michael was awesome when he looked at the faucet in my bathtub. It's old and he was upfront about what could happen, what might need done but that he would get it fixed. He and his helper were right on it and got it done. I was so happy. My heater and swamp coolers have had the best care. I'm very pleased with the service I receive. Michael Riley was super professional, I had an emergency and was super overwhelmed, he showed up and was very kind, and his knowledge about what was going on was super calming. I've hired other places before to do this job and they've done it wrong. Michael knew exactly what he was doing. I'm very happy with the service I received, and any future problems I may have I am definitely calling him back.

Charged me 400 dollars to open a window and reset a breaker. Breaker tripped immediately after they left, and they said they would order a new thermocouple. That was two weeks ago and I haven't heard anything back. Service: Water heater repair
