From talking to Melissa who scheduled the appt, to the one that came out to repair my A/C on a 92 deg day - it was seamless, super professional and quick. He also pointed out some tips I need to do better to maintain my 16 year old A/C for a few more years and not try to sell me a new one. Courteous (shoe sleeves) and very helpful. I can not recommend Kay Heating & Air more!

Kay Heating and Air has done exceptional work in our home. They are very professional and careful to all details. We have had duct work wrapped, service of existing heat pump, and recently they installed two mini-split units in our upstairs area. Their service is great and I highly recommend them. Services: HVAC duct & vent repair, HVAC duct & vent installation
