Very fast response and got us inside during cold weather. Sad we had to use them as the spare key was literally on the table next to the door. If you ain't smart like us and lock yourself out of your house, call Midwest lock and security. Very professional and fast!

After I was told it was ok to come in to get my keys programmed I get there wait in line for 10 mins the guy asked what I needed I told him then he said he was done for the day an handed me back my keys I could clearly see he was having a bad day I get it. We are all humans but y waste my time tell me to come in to recieve the service I needed to have attitude an not do the service. Pure waste of time mine an his.

We needed locks rekeyed for our new home. We had all the locks in hand, brand new 9 total. Another locksmith in south side quoted us $450. Midwest quoted us $10/lock. Turns out most of the locks had the same key so it was even cheaper. all said and done $30! They were honest, up front and so friendly!

Critical: Professionalism Guy has no clue what he was doing. Brought in transponder key to have cut and programmed. Guy cut it, didn't work in the ignition or door. Asked me how much it was, and through the cash on the counter. Not professional at all!
