DONT TRUST THEM. Poor customer service, bullying tactics to get you to sign an agreement. They will promise everything ADT can offer, even a six month moeny back guarantee, and not come through. Failure to fully install system as promised. When I called to voice my concerns about a lack of the full system I signed a contract for and I was told that would cost more money. When I told them I would like to cancel they threatened me and then hung up on me. Poor customer service and bad promises. You should be able to trust the company "protecting" your home. I do not.

This company will look to take advantage of you, avoid at all costs. An agent harrassed me for 6 months to sign up for a security system. Once me and my wife agreed the agent misrepresented and ommited material facts and misled my family. This company is all about sales even if it means commiting fraud. I failed to read further into reviews of this company on BBB and how they take advantage of middle class families. Avoid this company at all costs, because they will find away to take advantage of you.
