I had Alex's Sliding Door repair come replace wheels on 6 glass door panels and they all worked great. A couple months later one of the doors was bumpy when you opened it part way. Alex sent out his guy and they determined the track was worn in a few spots and recapped the track all under warranty. Now, all my doors work perfectly (smooth and quiet)! Excellent customer service and I would highly recommend them to take care of your sliding glass doors needs.

We hired Alex's Sliding Glass Door Repair to complete a laundry list of items needed in 5 houses we are renovating. They took the time to provide us with a detailed quote for each property and the quotes were very easy to read and understand. This helped a lot. Then when they arrived to complete the work, they did an outstanding job. They were in daily communication with me and letting me know the status for each property.
A few items were even mis ordered and they let me know right away and the right item showed up the same week and they were out immediately to complete that item. It was wonderful working with them and highly recommend using them for any sliding glass door repair work.

We had the rollers on three, 30 year old sliding doors replaced and added double locks to each of the doors. The doors glide beautifully and we feel so much more secure with the new locking system. Jared did an excellent job and was great at explaining the process and not overselling anything he didn't think we needed. The doors work beautifully! We would highly recommend the company and Jared! I would not recommend anyone else. From start to finish their professionalism and care for putting out quality work was spot on. Shawn and Jared went above and beyond to make our old sliders an ease to open with one finger and made an extra trip out to make our track even better. We greatly appreciate the time they spent and would use them again. Thank you!
