Power washing, Repair stucco (cracks and peeling), Scrape wood work and prime, Mask to protect windows, concrete, exterior lights, and landscaping where needed and move all rocks from the soil line. We use only the highest quality exterior paint.

Interior

K & R will start in the areas that are most convenient for our customers. And yes, we will move your furniture away from walls to be painted, mask off flooring and caulk the baseboards and door trim. We will remove blinds, repair any drywall holes and cracks in areas to be painted. We also take off cover plates and of course we will put it all back where it belongs.
