I need to start off and say I have not done business with this company BUT I recently had a issue with them that the owner jumped in and said he would resolve. He handled the situation with integrity and honesty that I have not see much of lately with other businesses I have been dealing with recently. It was honestly appreciated. I am used to making deals with a hand shake and have for years taken people by their word. I feel that he stands behind his and I imagine his company stands behind it's word as well. I hope this helps someone make a good decision!

I've had a frustrating experience with this company. They've had to order parts because our unit is old, or there are supply chain issues, neither of which is their fault, however their communication has been terrible. I have to call to get updates and leave messages and don't get a call back. Apparently they didn't diagnose the problem correctly the first time so now we're waiting on another part which may take up to 5 more days to arrive.

The tech was also less than friendly when I asked questions about progress or tried to understand the work they were doing. I realize there's things they can't control, but customer service they can and with that I am not impressed.

Extremely rude drivers. I'm sure you can look up the gps on their vans. On Colorado and Florida today at around 415, a black haired man in one of your work Van's almost caused an accident while on his phone. He then laid on the horn until the older woman who clearly had the right of way panicked and moved. Very unprofessional. Your Van's are mobile advertisements and that guy just let everyone on that extremely busy road at rush hour let everyone know that you guys hire workers that clearly dont care. I wouldn't let these guys do any work for me.

I have a new Brakes Plus in Erie Colorado and the heating and air-conditioning system was installed by Superior heating and air-conditioning everything was installed Looks and works in perfect condition. After opening one week later had a problem with the heater kicking on call Superior John From Superior heating and air-conditioning was here within two hours and had the problem repaired. it was in a computer board that the manufacturer had installed In the unit It was a new system so it was under warranty no hassles on the repair. The owner of Superior heating and air-conditioning Robert came out the very next day and made sure we were satisfied and everything was up and working.

Superior Heating and Air has provided fast, professional, and exceptionally priced HVAC services for me on multiple properties. The first job they did for me was a repair on New Year's Day 2012 and since that time they have been the only HVAC company that I have used to repair or replace furnaces, air conditioners, and combination units.

Great customer service from the moment my phone call was answered. Skilled technicians made the experience of replacing my furnace and installing a new AC unit easy and simple for me. The job was done in a timely fashion and the price was fair. Excellent job!

Awful! After submitting request through American Homeshield, they would not return calls to set up an appointment. They just showed up middle of the day on a Saturday to look at it, had to cancel my plans. After repairs were approved, took over a week to get a hold of someone to come back out and another week to schedule. Turned on swamp cooler tonight and started making loud popping sounds.obviously it wasn't fixed! Of course no one answered the phone and all probably won't get a call back.

During a heat wave, put in a repair request for my A/C with American Home Shield around 8pm, and it was sent to these guys. Superior called the next morning around 8am, and an awesome technician showed up that afternoon. Our old A/C unit ended up needing several leaks fixed as well as about 6 pounds of R22. After doing my research, I braced myself for $100-$200 per pound of R22, as AHS would only cover $10 per pound.

To my delight, Superior only charged $35 per pound, and the A/C unit is back to running like new. All through the process, Superior (mostly) kept up constant communication, and the technician was transparent about what he thought was wrong and about how much it would cost to fix. If my A/C unit ever needs fixed again, I hope it's sent to these guys again.

Only got 1 star docked because they told me they repair guy would come back on Monday, and he came back on Tuesday. I was lucky enough that I could work from home both days, but I would've been mad if I had asked off work.

I agree with Evan T. and can confirm every thing he wrote. We scheduled with our home warranty company and after days we were not on the schedule. I had to call over two days to get added to the schedule. Then the cancelled appointments, yes multiple, no professionalism at all. We were also told they can not reschedule and if we wanted to go with someone else we were welcome to

This company is horrible! They were supposed to look at our hot water heater and refused. Stating "your wife was rude to me the last time we were here". Upon calling the dispatcher and asking when he had been at our home she revealed he was talking about an incident two weeks ago when he supposedly looked at our air conditioner. We had no such. problem with an air conditioner and had never had a technician at our home two weeks ago.

He confused our home with another home he had been to. The dispatcher refused to listen to our side of the story and refused to hear that he had confused the homes. Stating "the incident was so bad there were neighbors involved". Sounds awful but that wasn't.

Ill just keep to the facts. I scheduled Wednesday the 14th through my insurance company. They never called to book my appt so I call them on Saturday. She said somebody might be there that day or Monday, maybe Tuesday. I called Monday morning, not on the schedule. I called Tuesday. They told me that my repair person would call to schedule. They did not. Tuesday night we received a text, Wednesday 5pm to 7pm window. Fine.

They called Wednesday to cancel because the repair person has a family emergency and until he gets back, we cannot reschedule you. All other agents are busy, we understand if you want to use someone else. Thanks. Its 97 outside, 85 inside and every company in Colorado is busy. No one is picking up their phones. This should have been completed days ago.

I feel bad for the person with a personal emergency but another agent should be assigned. They are doing new installs so they will not change their schedules. I try not to be a negative person but it is hot and I am frustrated with such a lack of caring from a company.

All HVAC units now functioning properly. I received excellent service from Sean Sullivan yesterday. I wanted to take some time to commend his work, and his knowledge and helpfullness in our servicing both heat and air conditioner units. Well Done! will recommend him and our company to others.
