Most unprofessional buissness I have ever dealt with. I called multiple buissnesses back in Novemeber to have my sprinklers blown out. Their receptionist informed me she would check to see if they could come out and would call us back. We received no call back so decided to hire another company to do the job. Weeks later we get a bill from Jeff's lawn care for their "service." I informed them that we did not get a confirmation for any service nor was anything put on our door to inform us a service had been done.

The receptionist was rude and told me.if was my responsibility to tell them I was no longer interested. I told her I was not going to pay for a service that was never finalized nor did I agree on a time or date to have it done. My wife then received a call from them demanding payment. My wifr let them know we did not agree to this service or even know they came to our house. The receptionist began threatening to send us to collections if we don't pay. At this point we will just have to fight this in court because of how stubborn they are and refuse to accept they are in the wrong. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

Returned from a week vacation to find our front yard almost dead. Jeff arrived the morning that I called, quickly diagnosed the sprinkler problem and fixed it. He also showed me how to unclog the filter and advised me on how to revive my dead lawn. I also use them for sprinkler blowouts and they do a great job! Love their service they came out even with all the COVID stuff and got my irrigation lines all situated. they where quick and efficient! Very friendly Jeff came and changed out all my valves on a weekend. and was very friendly. My kiddos loved chatting with him about their chickens and he listened and was so sweet with them! Amazing job my sprinklers are all working and best pressure I've had in years! Would recommend them to anyone :

As employers they treat their employees like garbage and are extremely petty! They demanded my boyfriend return the shirts they gave him before he receives a paycheck when he only worked one day and they never once asked for them back beforehand. He shows up today to return your ridiculous shirts and you said you'd mail him the check?! You're petty people. You never intended to pay him.

TJ came out to give me pricing on fixing my yard today. He was really nice and even had his coworker come out to help with an issue we were having trying to test sprinklers. They both made sure I understood what is needed for the yard and they took the time help me set up my watering schedule with my sprinklers. I feel like they went above and beyond for what this appointment was supposed to be, which makes me feel good about using their services In the future. Thank you for taking some extra time to help me. Both guys were very nice and professional! :

Had them came over for sprinkler start-up service. Nothing was done besides turning on the main irrigation valve. Later on it was found that my sprinklers were all getting less pressure almost to none. Turns out the main irrigation filter was completely clogged with dirt. Pretty sure it's standard that cleaning the filters are part of the start-up service. Asked for a refund but no responses.
