I try to support local but the staff are rude and unhelpful. Better to spend your money elsewhere, even big box home improvement stores.

We went to the store several times trying to decide on what type of trees we wanted to plant in our yard. The staff was very patient with our multiple trips and asked us enough questions to make a good recommendation. They even directed me in a less expensive direction that better fit my needs. They gave us a timeline for when they could plant the trees and were on-time. Every part of the experience exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be using Tom's Tree Place for our next purchases.

I was playing at a park with my kids today and they started mowing next to us. His mower was throwing dirt and rocks all over my kids which hurt and can be very dangerous. I told the man who did it and he just ignored he was doing it and continued to mow the same spot over and over just out of spite. Very unprofessional and will definitely not ever use them.

I went to Tom's Tree Place today May 21st and wasn't acknowledged by any employee and actually the same guy passed me three times and never looked at me. I don't know how a business stays in business when your products don't have prices. Is it the customer's responsibility to chase down an employee and ask for prices are nearly all the plants/products you sell? Please be leery of this business. Maybe something will change with these suggestions? Time will only tell.

I went to Tom's Tree Place one time in October and I will not be returning. No plants were worth looking at and none of the employees were wearing masks. Definitely wouldn't recommend wasting your time.
