Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Responsiveness, Value Got a quote and set appointment date and time. Nobody showed up at scheduled time. When 2 electricians showed in afternoon, they stated the price was for 1 light installation. I was quoted for 3 lights originally. Bait and switch and terrible service.

The electricity went out in half my house. The electrician from this company got everything working and swapped out a 3 prong outlet for a 4 prong for the dryer. But if you hire them be prepared to watch the electrician and tell him exactly what you expect of a pro. This electrician did not clean up the debris he left on the kitchen floor and on the bathroom counter.

He used my bathroom and did not wash his hands. He coughed and did not even cover his mouth. This is really basic to do all the time. It is a serious health risk now. The boss has the responsibility to make sure his employees know what to do to protect themselves and their customers. Common hygiene and physical distancing are a must. If they get the health risk under control I would hire them again.
