Howard is unprofessional and can't keep up with the demand. My parents are elderly sand swore by him years back. I emailed, and also used the website to get in touch with him. He told me twice he could do the job (a couch redone over, and some new cushions). I called and left messages. I texted him a couple of times. He was supposed to come on a Tuesday (this was to confirm on a Monday), he didn't even remember booking the job and asked me what the urgency was (he said it would take six to eight weeks) because he had bigger jobs.

I would Highly recommend Howard's Upholstery. The work is impeccable and the material and color is exactly what I had in mind for my accent chair. The details of the piping all around the chair is better than what was originally on it. Howard was honest on what kind of material would work best for my needs, helped me decide on the perfect shade to match my current furniture and answered all of my questions/texts. I appreciate the pick-up and drop-off service as well! Will be using them again for future projects. Thanks again Howard!

Thank you Howard for the fabulous job on my 6 dining room chairs and especially before/during/after the 'pandemic'. My old chairs look and feel like new now and I just love the fabric.
