I have used 21st Century Painting and Roofing throughout the years. They are reliable, trustworthy, and reasonable in their pricing. Had a great experience with this company. They were one of several companies I received estimates from for our exterior paint project. Though they weren't the lowest quoted cost for the project, we still went with them because of the positive experience with the gentleman who came to do a walk through, as well as their responsiveness. They got the job done faster than we thought possible with minimal impact on our lives. And their team was professional and nice. Will definitely consider 21st for future painting projects on our home.

We talked to a couple other roofing companies first but 21st Century were the first who were as detail-oriented in explaining everything, making recommendations, and being completely transparent with the costs and time estimates. We wanted to order a custom color for our roof tiles and they were able to track them down and get them ordered for us. The installation was very professional and the quality of the work was exceptional. I'd definitely recommend them for anyone else looking to get a roof installed.

We have worked with 21st Century, Gary and Kip, for several years now. They have worked on two houses for us. They’ve completed several jobs for us, including roofing, siding, trim, chimney repair, house painting, and installation of new doors. They worked very well with our insurance on a new roof and gutters. 21st Century and their crews keep the sites clean and picked up at all times. They are very professional and reliable. To start, from day one, requesting a quote, Kip and his team have been super responsive. They were out there days after requesting a quote. Now, I had 5 quotes done for the same exact job. 21st Century fell in the middle of all the quotes, but at the end of the day, I decided to go with them as they were very friendly during the quote, listened to what I had wanted, and were very informative on the process and what the job was going to entail. Now, I am a travel nurse and travel the country living in my RV.
The brown of the RV was getting a little stale and I needed to make this upgrade! This is my home and I wanted the right guys for the job. Kip had stated that this is a first; they have never painted the interior of an RV before, but that they were willing to do the job! I had the entire interior painted, from the ceiling, to the textured wallpapered walls, to all the cabinets and doors. EVERYTHING inside was painted except for the floor and furniture.
The quote came back the next day! A good bit higher than I wanted to pay, but they were able to talk with me about pricing and again, I wanted the job done right, so I accepted the bid. They started the job beginning of the next week. It was not an easy task as I live in my RV and space is limited. I had to move things from one spot to another so they could paint, then move things back so they could paint the next area.
Back and forth. But the painters were super patient and very helpful. They paint job was very well done. If an area was found to be light or needed touched up, the painters gladly fixed the mistake. They were very clean. No paint on the floors or carpet. They put plastic over everything and taped the floors. They cleaned up at the end of every day.
Even took all the cabinet doors to the shop to spray them so that they had a nice, shiny, even coat on them. Unfortunately, for delivery, they wrapped the cabinet doors in a moving blanket and the pattern of the blanket imprinted in the paint on the doors. I had reached out to Kip who assured that this would be fixed and taken care of. The guys came out and fixed all the cabinet doors and they look great.
All said and done, originally was told that it would take 3 days to complete but since there was a lot of moving pieces inside the RV during the job, it ended up being a 5.5 day project. Being a nurse that works night shift, scheduling was a bit of a problem, but they found the time and were very willing to work around my schedule. It took a little longer to get the job done as they had to complete a school contract while the kids were on spring break. Kip and the crew were very open and had great communication about this.
While yes, it was frustrating to have my home ripped apart waiting for the job to be finished, I was understanding about the school contract. I must say that the company level of communication is outstanding and that's what made the difference. The guys finished the job and the invoice came the next day. The site used to pay the invoice was super easy to use!
So to conclude, they were fairly priced for the job. Not cheap but not overly pricy. They were very fair. The company had great communication from start to finish. The painters were super respectful of my space and very understanding of the situation (living in the RV while it was being painted and it being such a small area to work). The paint work was done clean and beautifly and they cleaned up after themselves.
Payment was easy and all online. Something that stuck with me is something that Kip had said. We're looking forward to doing a great job for you! Well Kip and crew! Mike and his crew were AMAZING. They kept us involved at every stage of the project allowing us to make decisions in the moment as we saw how the paint and siding looked.
