Probably the worst experience I had. If this was out of 100 stars I would give them one star. The project manager is a joke; doesn't know much about anything. They don't install the windows they sell but they give you a contractor who does all their installations. That should have been a warning for me. Installation was terrible. The Project manager from Sienna was to oversee and review the install, not sure what he did, I doubt he even came by. Missing screens on patio doors and windows, lots of other missing parts. Window frames were scratched, etc etc. Absolutely terrible! Keep away!
