Was on a wait list for over a year just for a quote (I get it, they're busy). Finally had a gentleman come out, take measurements and said he would be providing a quote. Contacted them several times as that was almost two months ago. Still nothing. I would not recommend them.

We had a great experience with Renaissance, they are professional and responsive. Even in a year plagued by supply chain issues and delayed timelines, they updated us each step of the process, and we are thrilled with the end result. Highly recommend.

We had a leaky roof so I called Renaissance for an estimate. Their estimate was extremely competitive with excellent customer service and response time. It also helped that they are Master Elite certified roofers with GAF. We ended up re-shingling the house and garage. We got high quality lifetime shingles with an unbeatable warranty. Renaissance did the job right away and it looks fantastic. No more leaks.
This was in February when there was a lot of snow and ice on the roof to deal with, too. Our roof layout was very challenging, too, with poorly designed valleys. Renaissance was creative in providing long-term solutions and we are happy with the results. They treated our roofing project with extra care and they treated us very fairly. Andre was our project manager. I would recommend that you give him a call if you are thinking about getting your roof done!
