Rubber Roofing
We provide professional EPDM rubber roofing services for flat and low-slope roofs, including installations, repairs, coatings, and replacements. Our goal is to deliver durable protection, minimal disruption, and reliable performance throughout changing Pennsylvania weather conditions.

Great communication. Clint came out within a few days of my call and walked our roof (no drones). He explained what he had observed on the roof and showed us samples of the products that they use. He was informative, polite, and there was absolutely no pressure to sign. When the estimate arrived, we felt confident signing with Hackman. I was pleasantly surprised that Clint was at our house the day of the install to go over the details with the crew before they started. It was extremely hot that day but the men worked efficiently and completed the roof in one day. The clean up was great. Our new gutters and downspouts were installed a few days later by two men who specialize in this and they did a great job. Clint came out after the roof and gutters were completed and again walked our roof to make sure that everything was done correctly. I highly recommend Hackman Smart Roof.

I called after I noticed a leak in my roof. Hackman Smart Roof was able to come out that very day and provide a quick fix to the leak and evaluate my roofing needs. Due to the age of my roof I determined it was time to actually do a full repair and had them do the job. The price was very reasonable and the work was done quickly and very professionally. I have no hesitation recommending their services.

Hackman replaced our roof shingles and did a great job. Prior to that they came on short notice to look at our roof leak. The temporary repair stopped the leak right away. Our gutters have a guard they installed to keep leaves out, works great. They do dependable work, done right the first time.

I had Hackman Smart Roof handle a full roof replacement on my property, and they were great. Even when some sheeting needed to be replaced, they stayed until the job was done. The professionalism of the entire team was outstanding—special thanks to Clint Huber for his dedication. The final product looked amazing. From start to finish, the progression of the job was nothing short of professional. I’d highly recommend Hackman Smart Roof to anyone looking for top-quality roofing work!

His prices were always fair. The customer service is the best! Thank you Marnie!! This spring they replaced my roof. The work was done quickly and effectively. Can't say enough great things about Hackman SmartRoof! I initially called them out for a suspected roof leak, and Clint came by to evaluate the issue. Turns out the roof was functioning appropriately and the leak was coming from a separate and unrelated HVAC issue. While he was here he took the time to thoroughly inspect the roof and identified that the ridge vent that was installed on the home by a separate company wasn’t functioning properly, which was affecting the attic ventilation and causing the 2nd floor to feel warmer than it should've been.
Clint explained everything clearly and recommended replacing the ridge vent. Once the work was scheduled, their technician arrived on time, worked efficiently, and was a pleasure to work with. Since the replacement, we’ve noticed a huge improvement—the temperature on the 2nd floor is significantly more comfortable, even on hot days!
It’s rare to find a company that’s honest, professional, and focused on long-term solutions instead of just short-term fixes. I highly recommend Hackman SmartRoof for any roofing or gutter needs!

I discovered Hackman Smart Roof years ago when Clint was the only person able to find and fix a persistent leak we had on a flat roof at one of our properties. He's always my first call. The job is done right and in a timely fashion. Why go anywhere else?

Clint did a great job securing some loose shingles on our aging and steep roof. He explained the problems brewing up there and took many pictures to explain the situation. We're glad the shingles are stable for now and are glad to have a great contractor lined up for when we get the roof replaced. Thanks Hackman Smartroof.

We have used Hackman for small repairs and large replacement projects. They are responsive, prompt, meet schedules and very professional. Their crews clean up after the project is done.
They actually talked me out of a roof replacement! Instead, they recommended repairs that will last me 5-7 years. Many other contractors would have just replaced the roof.

Wow, what a difference they made with our home. The new siding is amazing and just in time for the holidays. The office and sales department worked with us to find the perfect color at the best price. The manufacturer's home design tool was spot on. The installer crew was very professional and kept us informed throughout the whole project. Don't be fooled into paying for another company's advertising budget. Cannot be more pleased with the results. :)

We were in search of a roofing company and have had many companies give us an "estimate" BUT even the "Larger Big Named Stores" did not "impress" us and besides pricing they lacked professional customer service! Our roofing specislist ( Clint Huber) took his time to even take photos of our problem area on our roof to be able to help us meet our roofing needs! He was so kind and friendly and had was knowledgeable of the products offered by Hackman Roofing. He even told us that a financing plan may be of assistance to us to meet our needs! How wonderful to find a great company which we will be using in the near future!
