Creating more comfortable interiors without unnecessarily reducing natural light is central to our work at Kingsley Window Tinting. We provide window film installation for houses, offices and retail shopfronts, concentrating primarily on residential properties. Whether a west-facing lounge becomes uncomfortable during the afternoon, a home office suffers from reflected sunlight or a bedroom requires greater daytime privacy, we consider the particular circumstances before recommending a product. Our assessments account for window orientation, glass construction and how occupants use their rooms. Our recommendations recognise that a single film is not necessarily appropriate for every window. We compare available solutions for solar heat, glare, UV exposure and privacy, while explaining their appearance from both inside and outside. Double-glazed and Low-E windows receive particular attention during our initial checks. Clients are provided with an itemised written quotation showing each pane included in the proposed installation. We apply film using a wet-fitting process, smooth the surface with a squeegee and finish the edges neatly. Before leaving, we inspect our work, clean the area and provide guidance on curing and aftercare. We also explain why reflective daytime privacy does not provide equivalent privacy after dark.
