EXCEPTIONAL, TRANSPARENT and PROFESSIONAL! From the first assessment by Zach, to the follow-up and coordination from Jody and the final work completion - simply outstanding! Living in Texas and helping my folks repair a main line water leak was quickly fixed and updates communicated timely. While others [plumbers] provided a "free" quote/visit, they quickly upcharged for other services e.g. water heater over 10 years - needs replaced, $300 for crawling under home to check for leaks, or leak detection [even EWEB stated was a waste of money] - Precision was clear, transparent and stood by the work estimate- no surprises. We need the water heater replaced as it was 20yrs old. Was running great but concerned it may give out or start leaking. I got a couple of quotes on a new water heater as well as installation. Checked with a local plumbing company as well buying through a large retail store. Was shocked to see the cost of installation. I have replaced water heaters in other locations but never this high. Thought Eugene, OR was just high. By luck I called Precision Plumbing expecting the same. They gave a great rate for installation only and for both installation and water heater. Lets say it was A LOT of savings. Went with them for both! Great support from their technician Roy who came on time and did a great job swapping it out. Keeping their number for future needs. STRONGLY RECOMMEND!.
