Yury was exceptional! Our AC went out in the evening and it was very hot outside. We called that night and Yury was able to come out the very next day! He figured out the problem quickly and solved it perfectly. He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure he was checking everything he could. He did not try to upcharge me on anything and was very reasonably priced for the time and effort he spent. I will absolutely be using him again if I ever have any future issues.

These installers are 5-star professionals. From beginning to end, Constantine explained every detail in the estimate & answered my multiple questions in laymen terms. The 4-man team was very thoughtful, polite and protective of my home, landscaping, and personal belongings. I wish every service company worked at these high standards. The office was very responsive. The A/C technician was thorough and knowledgeable. Although the problem was not resolved the first day, the technician came back 3 days later and was able to get the A/C back working. He worked hard in the heat inside and out for 3 hours the first day and 3 hours the next time, he cleaned and worked through all the components to figure out the issue with my old unit.
