Our bathroom remodeling service is managed by one in-house crew from demolition through the last finishing details. We begin by discussing the room, budget, timeline, and desired selections, then provide an itemized scope and price. During construction, we complete repairs and waterproofing before installing tile and fixtures. The finished bathroom is reviewed with you before we consider the work complete. 
We build custom showers with attention to waterproofing, tile placement, and the final glass enclosure. Our service covers shower removal, waterproofing assemblies, shower pans, flood testing, custom tile work, niches, benches, drains, and glass configurations. Every waterproofing system is installed to manufacturer specifications, tested for 24 hours, and followed by precise tile and glass installation. 
Our shower installations are completed by one in-house crew, from demolition through the final glass installation. We use Schluter-certified waterproofing assemblies and flood-test each pan for 24 hours before setting tile. We also handle permits and inspections when required, while glass is measured from the finished tile for a precise enclosure fit. 
Professional tile and stone installation requires more than placing material on a prepared surface. We evaluate the substrate, map cracks and control joints, install suitable membranes, and prepare the floor for the selected format. Our setters then follow the established layout, use leveling clips and full mortar coverage, and complete the installation with appropriate grout and stone sealing. 
We install hardwood, engineered wood, and LVP using a process based on actual slab conditions rather than catalogue selections alone. Moisture readings guide the choice of flooring, membrane, and adhesive, while acclimation follows the manufacturer's full required period with room humidity logged. Proper preparation, expansion gaps, trim, and thresholds complete the installation. 
We provide the preparation and waterproofing required beneath finished tile and flooring, whether it is part of a larger remodel or a standalone project. Our work can correct damaged or uneven substrates, remove rot, manage slab moisture, and install protective membranes. Shower assemblies are sealed at transitions and penetrations and remain under a 24-hour flood test.

Abel and his brothers are top notch installers. I have been in the industry for 20 years and know great installers when I see them. After having a new quartz countertop installed, we needed somone to attach our dishwasher to kitchen cabinets. The dishwasher had been connected to the old kitchen counter and screwing anything into quartz is not recommended. VL PRoconstruction not only would take a smaller job like this but actually wrote down step by step how he would do the job. The detailed proposal got him the project. He came this morning and within an hour and a half had the dishwasher connected to the cabinets, leveled and it is now solid as a rock. This guy is a total pro and I recommend him to anyone. Is there anyone out there cheaper? Maybe, but there's nobody better. I'm sure of that!
