For exterior painting, we prepare each surface according to its material and condition before applying the finish. Wood, stucco, brick, vinyl, aluminum, and fibre cement require different preparation and coating approaches, which our crews account for throughout the project. The service includes power washing, surface preparation, priming, two paint coats, cleanup, and a three-year workmanship warranty. 
We handle interior painting projects of various sizes, from individual bedrooms and bathrooms to complete houses and condos. Every project can include walls, ceilings, trim, doors, closets, and architectural details, with preparation completed before painting begins. Our crew works with Benjamin Moore and Sherwin-Williams paints and provides two coats, cleanup, a walkthrough, and a written lifetime warranty. 
Our cabinet painting process is built around careful preparation and controlled spray application. We clean and prepare cabinet boxes in the home while removable doors and drawer fronts are finished at our dust-free workshop. Benjamin Moore Advance or Sherwin-Williams ProClassic is used for the cabinet surfaces. We complete reinstallation and finishing within approximately 5 to 10 business days. 
Our commercial painting service combines detailed preparation with durable finishes selected for each working environment. We paint both interior and exterior commercial surfaces and accommodate projects in offices, retail locations, restaurants, warehouses, healthcare facilities, and multi-tenant buildings. Evening, weekend, and overnight scheduling is available, allowing us to complete work while limiting interference with employees, customers, tenants, and daily operations. 
Our stucco repair and painting service is designed for homes with localized damage, widespread hairline cracking, faded finishes, or other exterior concerns. We assess the surface, prepare it thoroughly, complete necessary repairs, and allow patches to cure before painting. Depending on the stucco system, we use breathable masonry paint or flexible elastomeric coating. 
We handle drywall repairs and painting with attention to proper preparation and finishing. Small holes, stress cracks, nail pops, larger damage, and water-affected drywall can all require different repair methods. After the surface is prepared, we apply primer and paint to achieve a consistent result. New drywall painting is available from $2.50 per square foot.

We are extremely pleased with our experience with Home Painters Pro and with the transformation of the exterior of our home.
We first met with Chad when he came to our home to discuss the work we wanted done and provide us with a quote. From that initial meeting, Chad was attentive to what we were looking for and took the time to understand the different areas of the house that needed attention.
Today we had the pleasure of meeting and working with his partner, Ish. It was immediately apparent how knowledgeable and experienced he is when it comes to painting, preparation and the different surfaces of a home.
What impressed us most was the dedication and attention to detail shown by both Chad and Ish. Throughout the day, they continually made sure we were happy with how everything was progressing and that the finished result was what we wanted.
Our home required quite a variety of exterior work, including the Tudor-style trim, stucco, garage door, front entrance and older metal basement window frames. We particularly appreciated the care taken with the basement windows, where existing rust needed to be properly addressed and treated rather than simply painted over.
The new colour combination and workmanship have completely refreshed the appearance of our home, and we couldnt be happier with the result.

I needed a 1 bedroom condo painted in a very short timeframe, Chad was able to accommodate it in his schedule and a couple days later it was started and done.
The pricing was great, and they were very expedient about their work.
The end result was crisp and clean, he went above and beyond to ensure a few items not specifically requested for were addressed to give us a holistic result. A lot of the walls had very large blemishes and required patching, and the result he provided was seamless.

Home Painters Pro is the best. I have been using this company for over 8 years now and have been extremely satisfied with the services provided. Chad (owner) is quick to respond to my requests for new work and flexible to meet to review a new project. This is great for people who have busy commitments elsewhere but need painting jobs done quickly.
The painted condos, apartments etc always look fresh and new and the work is done neatly and everything is cleaned up when the job is finished.
There must be a reason that I keep coming back to Chad and this is it...
