Highly recommend. Very professional and fair when it comes to pricing and warranty on prior work. Ive used a few different groups for plumbing and hvac. Elite is by far the best.

Had Martin and Eugene come to fix my toilet today. They were excellent.

I also had Will come to do a follow up repair under warranty for the previous toilet repair. Very professional and great to work with. They helped me out under warranty with no fuss.

Im a builder and have been with Elite for years. Their customer service is truly exceptional and their team of professional are so knowledgable and helpful. They also take care of my personal home and they have been amazing. I highly recommend this company for all your ac and plumbing needs.

My old water heater conked out, and David and Zachary came out on short notice. They went out of their way to install a new heater the same afternoon, and explained the new setup. Both Elite team members were very polite, and I am thankful they were able to fix the issue in a timely manner.

I always recommend Elite as the go to for HVAC and Plumbing service, both commercially and residential. Their work is top notch, they care about their customers, and they never take advantage or sell you things you don't need. They've absolutely saved me money, time, and heart ache over the years. Excellent customer service and communication. Came home from travel to my upstairs unit not responding. Was able to get a technician out same day and get everything back up working perfectly.

Asked Frank Barbera from Elite Heating and Air Conditioning to give second opinion on AC unit that wasnt cooling. His estimate is much much more reasonable for my situation and Im switching from another company to Elite for all future work!
Repairman was completed today by Frank and Glass. House is cooling again. Really appreciate their work to get this done. Also appreciate service manager, James, for finding the part and bringing me a cooling unit to keep cool until new part arrived.

I have been using Elit's services on advice from my contractor and they've never disappointed! I have been on their hvac maintenance plan for over 5 years and they've made several fixes during that time to my old a/cs (plugged drain in attic, condenser replace, install thermostat, fan motor) and they've always done a great job making it sound like it was easy as pie. Elite literally LOWERS your blood pressure instead of raising it while dealing with them.

Recently, Landon came out and fixed some plumbing issues like it was the easiest thing for him and he was so easy to understand what the problem was, he was so helpful. As well, Calvin also did a great fast job of diagnosing a broken fan motor and immediately submitted several price options without my even having to ask for them.

The office, reception and technicians are the best, performing above and beyond. You can't go wrong with Elite Air Conditioning and Plumbing!

Frank came on an emergency call at 10 pm and I'm so grateful! He gave me great tips on how to maintenance my hvac system to prevent future problems, as well.

Desmond was wonderful! I reported my issue at 4:20pm and had a tech by 6pm the same day. Great service, really friendly.

I have used Elite several times, and they have always been fantastic to work with. I arrived last night around 7 pm to find my air conditioner not working (of course, on the hottest day of the year). Immediately, I contacted Elite, left a message, and received a callback from a technician within five minutes. He was very apologetic that they were booked up all night, but stayed on the phone with me to try and diagnose the problem (who does that? - he was incredibly friendly). First thing this morning, we got a call from a very nice young lady informing me they can have someone at the house in 25 minutes.

Frank was here in less than 20 minutes and immediately diagnosed the problems and went about fixing them. There were a few complications as it's an older home, but Frank was able to diagnose and fix everything. He definitely went above and beyond my expectations! Thank you!

We had Miguel work on some of our WSHP's this week and he did an exceptional job in making sure he found a solution to main root cause of the issues we were having.

He went above and beyond to figure out what needed to be done with our units, and didnt stop working until it was figured out, his communication on what work was being done and what needed to be done was also top notch.

I definitely would recommend Elite for all your air conditioning and plumbing needs, everyone on this team is great to work with and they do a great job of keeping you in loop of the scope of work that is being done.

Desmond came out this morning to perform seasonal maintenance on my air conditioner, and as has always been my experience with technicians from Elite, Desmond arrived on time, explained what he was doing and what his findings were, gave me some practical tips, and left no mess. Extra points for taking away my dirty filter, wearing booties inside without being asked to, and trying to make friends with my barky dog. Thank you Desmond and Elite! Five stars!

Dakota was great! He was on time, hard working and he took the time to answer all of my questions and make sure everything was working properly before leaving. I highly recommend Elite for any renovation as well as plumbing and a/c issues.

Elite is great! My A/C went out one very hot evening, I called them right away, and they had someone here first thing the next morning. The technician was very knowledgeable, explained things well, and had it fixed in about an hour. I was very satisfied and highly recommend.
