The Jimmy Jones technician called before coming and confirmed it was ok to arrive earlier than planned. I was getting a second opinion on an issue. Another company recommended replacing the entire 6-year old unit. The Jimmy Jones technician came and spent a bit of time diagnosing the real issue and found a simple solution to repair the unit the same day.

We have used Jimmy’s business for several years now. They’ve always been respectful, honest, got the job done and done well. Never have they made a mess or left a mess. Jimmy is a straight shooter. He came out and gave us an estimate on a full install which was $2500 lower than anyone else's estimate.
His guys were working on it soon after I told him we were ready (within days).
I ended up buying my own thermostat that I found on eBay (nest) and he installed that for us as well. I had forgotten that the original price he quoted me was for the install including the thermostat he was going to purchase for $100, and without prompting he brought it up and gave me that money on the spot.
I would highly recommend Jimmy to anyone who is looking to get good work done at a great price, and wants to support a small business owner at the same time. It's a win for everyone.

Jimmy and his team have been amazing. When I called about my furnace not working they came quickly and were able to resolve the issue at a very reasonable price. Couple weeks later we thought something else may be wrong but it was something simple. Nonetheless they came out on warranty and made it right. I also ended up getting them to change out some duct work under the house that was damaged and they gave me a really good price. I had another HVAC guy give me a quote 3x the amount a couple months ago. So I asked about a few other items the inspector noted on the inspection report since we recently purchased the house and Jimmy told me what I do and don’t need. I feel comfortable as a woman calling Jimmy and knowing he is going to be honest with me and always do a great job.

Jimmy came out to quote me for a complete HVAC install and a new thermostat in my property. Price was very reasonable and decided to hire him to do the work. After he quoted me, his guys came out 2 days later to do the install that lasted just under 2 hours! I am satisfied with the work he’s done and his flexibility to work with. I would recommend him to anyone looking to have any service done to your HVAC unit.
