John, the on call tech in Houston, called me back and sent everything electronically to get set up. He got in the phone with the customer and I because I didnt have the info, as this was after hours and I was not working. Sent me a service report right away through their automated system with a video. Got the unit up and running for the night and is coming back the next day for the permanent fix. Highly recommend if they have more techs like John. The investment in technology is highly appreciated.

Mario did an excellent job diagnosing and fixing our Zone board to support our AC. He took the time to clearly explain what was going on, what needed to be repaired, and how everything worked, which we really appreciated. He was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient throughout the entire visit.

John came out to fix my non-functioning AC on an emergency after hours basis, and we developed a plan to fix the unit both in the immediate and longer term. The quote was competitive, and he explained everything in easy to understand terms. My AC was totally overhauled within 24 hours and now functions perfectly.
On top of that, the company owner came out once work had been completed to assess and add me to their loyalty inspection program free of charge. Cannot recommend them highly enough for coming through when needed most.

I cant say enough good things about this HVAC company! They came out quickly when the AC in my mobile dog grooming van went out, and had me back up and running in no time. The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly. Working AC is critical for keeping the dogs comfortable, and they really understood how important it was to get it fixed fast.
