I have a huge sectional. Like really huge and kids and a big dog so you can imagine it was probably pretty dirty. Chem dry has now cleaned this sectional making it look good as new! Not sure how that is possible. Took about one hour. Jackson (I believe was my cleaners name) was professional and diligent. Would be happy to have him/Chem-dry clean for me again. Thank you!

Tucker was great! He arrived at the time I scheduled and took great care of our carpets. We have a 15 year old cat that doesnt love his litter box and he took special care to ensure the carpets were cleaned and it smells great in my house now! Im very pleased with the results of the carpet cleaning. I would have given 5 stars but the price was pretty high. We did have a couple of pet stains but treating those stains should not have been that pricey. The technician was on time, courteous and professional. He explained everything to me and was out of the house within 2 hours, cleaning 3 bedrooms and a loft. The carpets were dry within 2 hours and they look great.

I have a cream and gray plush shag rug that had darken in the high traffic areas and the pile had matted down in those same high traffic areas. Plus, the dog had had a couple of accidents on the rug when she was sick. Chem Dry took it to their warehouse to clean. I cannot believe how clean and bright that rug looks now!! It looks like it did when it was brand new! The pile is even standing up again. I highly recommend Chem-Dry. Not only are their technicians always informative, polite and professional (Ramsey came this time), but they also do a fantastic job.

I tried Chem dry many years ago after using another company who couldn't remove a stain. I was pleased that Chem dry not only removed the stain but made the rest of the carpeting look much better and didn't leave my carpets as wet. I selected them again this time because of my previous good results. They successfully removed a very strong dog odor from a room that had housed two large German Shepards. The technician was friendly and efficient. He finished three rooms under 30 minutes. Carpets look and smell much better.

Deacon was our cleaning representative, and he was not only professional, but also very personable too! He explained every detail of the process and worked throughly without rushing to get all of the jobs done. We had carpet cleaning and also tile and grout cleaning done. The price was also very reasonable with a great discount applied for the multiple jobs we requested. I will definitely use Chem Dry again.

Our business office carpets and bathroom tile floors were in dire need of a deep clean and the folks at Chem-Dry Brentwood/Franklin (recommended by an equally satisfied coworker who uses their services for her home) did not disappoint. Josh came out and gave us a very reasonable quote and then proceeded to deliver outstanding service. Our carpets and bathroom floors are immaculate.
