Ross Carmen did an excellent job of recommending the door and windows that were installed at my house. Cesar the installer (Craftsman) made on site recommendations for modifications during installation. We could not be happier with the quality of the door and windows. The energy efficiency during these cold winter days in very noticeable! I would use them again and have already recommended to others.

I was looking for an exterior door. Met with Ross who made a clear, no pressure presentation of my options. Price was competitive and I felt comfortable with my door selection. The installer, Caesar was very meticulous and did a great job. Very happy with how it looks and functions. Ross followed up with a phone call to ensure my satisfaction and said to call if I had any issues.

Products work well and look good, and installation also went well and the timelines matched the industry standard. Prices were good, better than the average I'd say and all employees were very nice. My only negative takeaway is phone or email communication sometimes took multiple days to get a response. Otherwise, no complaints.

I had a great experience all around. I got quotes from 5 window companies, and theirs was the best by far. The consultation and measurement was quick and efficient, and they were very transparent with me about pricing and what may or may not make sense for me. Once the windows were in, the installation was done in one day.
In an industry that seems to be centered around pressuring customers and trying to maximize profit, it was a very refreshing experience feeling like they were looking out for me. If/when I do another replacement, Id go to Maryland Windows and Doors immediately without getting quotes elsewhere.

From start to finish the crew did a great job. Very respectful of my property while they were removing the old windows and installing the new ones. The windows look great, and you can already feel the difference inside the house in the cooler weather.
I would definitely recommend their services. And if I ever need any other work, I will be contacting Maryland windows and doors.

My house was 60 years old and had the original wood windows in it. You know the ones that you have to scrape puddy caulk and paint every couple of years. What a pain. Had 3 company's come out to give estimates. Ross from Maryland Windows and Doors was the only one that showed up on time. Was very professional and offered the best products of the 3. His price was very competitive with one of the company's. The other company was way out of the ball park. I guess all that advertising about your warehouse by the creek is expensive. When the Maryland Windows and Door install crew showed up to do the job they were on time neat in appearance and very professional. Not only did they install 19 Windows in my house but I had them come back in 6 months and replace 4 doors. They have a superior product for a great price and a professional crew to install it. Love the windows and doors. Cut my energy use by about 30% . I would recommend these fine people to anyone.

I met Ross at the Timonium Home show and after talking to other vendors, I decided to use Maryland Windows and Doors. Their price were very competitive and the installation was finished in a day & a half. The new windows look great. Their installers were very courteous, neat and finished ahead of schedule. Love my new doors from Maryland Windows and Doors. I appreciate working with the owner, Ross on selecting the doors, hardware and paint color. He answered all my questions and I didnt feel rushed to make decisions. After I looked at all 2000+ Sherwin Williams paint options, I was confident I picked the best one for my doors aptly named Red Door. The installation was carefully and well done by Caesar. These doors truly improve the look of my home.

I attended the Fall Home and Garden show and scheduled 6 appointments for quotes on the replacement of 16 windows. I met with all 6 companies, and nobody compared to the comfort I felt with Ross at Maryland Windows and Doors. Ross answered all of my questions and concerns. Installation was painless and much simpler than anticipated. My old windows were drafty, and you could feel the cold off of them. When I stand in front of the windows now, I'm so grateful to Maryland Windows and Doors. We have had some cold days, and I haven't felt the temperature or heard the whistle of the wind from the inside. As for the pricing, Maryland Windows and Doors came in so much more reasonable than the 5 other competitors. I love my new windows and have confidently shared Maryland Windows and Doors with my neighbors.

Maryland Windows and Doors gave me the cheapest quote, but they didn't put me under any pressure to go with them. Their windows carry a lifetime guarantee. They were flexible on timing and always answered my emails. The installer was excellent! He cleaned up after himself and left no mess. I'd use them again.

This review is Long Over Due. On May 1st, 2023 MD Windows and Doors installed 3 entrance and 2 storm doors on our home originally built in 1969. We could not be more pleased.
The last 10 years we have completed major and minor renovations to our home and worked with many contractors. We do our research and dont shop price alone but in the end there was always some challenge.
Ross of MD W&D was the 8th contractor we met with and my husband was blown away at Ross knowledge of the product, process and his easy going personality that we signed on the spot. We never sign on the spot.
The installation was completed by Caesar, a true craftsman. He ensured the doors had proper fitment and gaping was even throughout. If you have ever worked on doors for an older homethis is not an easy, quick process. Caesar was a true pleasure to have in our home, he was always smiling, friendly and showed great respect of our space.
These two men are trustworthy professionals who delivered a great product with high end installation.

Maryland Windows did a fabulous job! I live in a house built in 1872 which had an original door. As much as I hated to replace something original to the house, it was time. Maryland Windows had the PERFECT door that fit our not-so-square home. The installer took the time to find the best molding to match our original 150 year old molding. He even came back a second time with a better match as he wasn't satisfied with the one he brought first! As is the case in most older homes, the walls are an unusual thickness and the angles are no longer square but the door is as snug as a bug in a rug due to the expertise of the installation! The style is classic and the functionality is superb. Well done, highly recommend!
