We had our bedroom window replaced. Joe came out, checked out the window, talked to us about the company and product. Took his time, very friendly and professional. Our window was installed in March 2026. Its April 2026 and also the first time seeing our new window. Beautiful! In March, the technician alerted me he was here and, not only that he finished, sent pictures and told me he had rehung curtain and shade. We will definitely use them again for our patio door screen (and when its time to replace the patio door). Six stars!!!

All the windows came in on time and exactly as ordered, installation was scheduled quickly and easily, and Jake did a fantastic job with the tear-out, installation, and clean up. In June we decided we needed some replacement windows. I called Pella and Eastern Shore window and door. Pella wanted ( discounted price) 3800 a window. Eastern Shore offered life time warranty 600 a window. Jake came out to install today. He was great! Terry the sales rep was great, Joe the head honcho was helpful. Great windows, great service, can't ask for more.

I called Joe, the owner, last Sunday to follow up on a replacement sliding door that was on order for us. He said it should be on the next delivery. Monday, two days after I called, to my pleasant surprise, got a call from Jake to let us know the door was in ready to be installed. Jake arrived on time He was courteous, professional, and he installed our sliding door with ease and confidence. We are happy with the service we got and would not hesitate to recommend Eastern Shore Windows and Doors. I ordered a slider and a storm door. The sales rep was prompt, pleasant and knowledgeable. I spoke with the owner several times to arrange delivery and installation that fit with my schedule. Our experience with Eastern Shore Windows & Door was outstanding. Jake was meticulous taking the time to thoroughly install our new windows with no issues. His attention to detail was amazing and explained in detail how he was going to remove the existing windows to ensure no damage to our property, and then the process he would use to install the new ones. He did not rush the installation which was much appreciated. Our family would highly recommend Eastern Shore Windows & Door to do any of your projects. We've had these premium windows on our home near Lewes Delaware, for more than a few years and love them. The work so well fit so perfectly, so easy to tilt and clean, easy to lock, align perfectly, so handsome and sturdy, and guess what, they are rated CS50 meaning they can resist over 150 mph winds of hurricanes, even up to 200 mph! Saved us spending lots on shutters or roll down covers for hurricanes in our coastal home.
Before these windows were installed we had very expensive brand wood windows, and they were rotting away on us by ten years old. No longer, these new windows are rot proof, keep color and finish perfectly, still look like new. And Joe and his technicians were quick and prompt and reliable did beautiful install and clean up after. I cannot rate them as well as they deserve which is even better than five stars.

Called Eastern Shore Door and Window seeking help about 2 door issues I have at my condo. Joe answered and after a brief discussion said he could stop over within a few minutes to personally review door issues. As promised, Joe arrived shortly and reviewed my 2 door issues. Joe explained my options on door number one and also provided me with some very helpful info. On door number 2, ( which was a pocket door ) Joe diagnosed the problem very quickly, pulled out a screwdriver, made some adjustments, and the door was operating as expected!

They replaced two sliders on my condo and an exterior door. Both gentlemen were very professional, were on time, did an excellent job cleaning up, took a few minutes to show me how the new sliders worked. I am the President of our condo association and have referred Eastern Shore to several other owners.
