I've been using New Orleans Mechanical Pros for our annual maintenance contract for three years now. Had a mini-split installed in my workshop/garage in Chalmette. The technician assessed the space, recommended the right BTU size for the square footage and ceiling height, and installed a Mitsubishi unit that runs whisper-quiet. Good experience overall. They were on time, diagnosed the problem quickly (bad blower motor), and had the part available. The repair took about 90 minutes. I called about a strange smell coming from my vents turned out to be a dead animal in the ductwork (not uncommon in older NOLA homes). The technician handled it professionally, sanitized the affected duct section, and did a full duct inspection while he was at it. He found two significant leaks that were costing me money every month. The duct sealing paid for itself within a few billing cycles. Very thorough and no judgment about the critter situation!
